The Italian Bridge ( Russian Итальянский мост Italjanski most ) crosses the Griboyedov Canal in Saint Petersburg .

The Italian garden gave the adjacent street its name. The street that ran along the right bank of the Fontanka opposite the Italian Castle was called the Great Italian Street. The bridge that was in this ensemble was therefore called "Italian".
