Józef Babiński Hospital
The Józef Babiński Hospital (also called Kochanówka Psychiatric Hospital ) is a psychiatric clinic at 156 Aleksandrowska Street in the Kochanówka district in the northwest of Łódź (German: Lodz, also Lodsch, 1940–1945 Litzmannstadt).
history
The clinic was founded in 1902. After the attack on Poland , German units killed 692 patients. The clinic has been named after the neurologist Joseph Babinski since 1953 .
