Jörg Benne (born 1975 in Bottrop-Kirchhellen ) is a German novelist who specializes in fantasy literature and play books.

biography

Jörg Benne was born in Bottrop-Kirchhellen in 1975. After finishing school he studied computer science and worked as a software developer for several years. In 1999 he also started the online magazine GameCaptain.de, whose follow-up project Captain-Fantastic.de he was in charge of until May 2018. According to his own statements, he began to write stories in elementary school, he finished his first fantasy novel at the age of 20 and found a publisher for it, but was later unable to publish it due to differences. In 2006 he returned to writing and until 2008 wrote the novel “The Fate of the Paladins - Lost”, which was published in 2012 by Koios Verlag as his first novel. Then he wrote two more parts, which have also been published by the publisher. The three volumes were published again in the course of 2018 by Papierverzierer Verlag .

In 2013 Benne also published a children's book, Der Wisperwald, with Bookshouse Verlag. In 2015, Mantikore-Verlag published the novel The Hour of Heroes , which was published in a second edition in 2018 as Legends of Nuareth - The Hour of Heroes . At the end of 2017 Mantikore published the horror novel Demonengrab as an epub version, the print version appeared in January 2018. With Verax - The Experiment , a playbook by Jörg Benne was published in September 2018 .

Benne has two children and lives with his family in Ratingen .
