Jewish cemetery (Wettensen)
The Jewish cemetery in Wettensen , a district of the town of Alfeld (Leine) in the Hildesheim district in Lower Saxony , is located in the north of the town on the edge of the forest. Today there are still two gravestones ( Mazevot ).
history
The Jewish cemetery was mainly used by the Alfeld Jewish community and was occupied until 1880. After 1880 the deceased of the Alfeld Jewish community were buried in the communal cemetery in Alfeld.
