Jürgen R. Müller

Jürgen R. Müller (born August 15, 1966 in Dernbach ) is a German lawyer and author of legal specialist literature .

Life

After training as a banker , Müller studied law at the University of Mainz . In 2001 he was admitted to the bar . Three years later he became a specialist lawyer for tax law and in the same year founded a law firm in Mainz, which specializes in the areas of tax law , criminal tax law and commercial criminal law. Jürgen R. Müller is also a specialist lawyer for criminal law and a certified compliance officer .

In 2012, Müller published a legal textbook on the subject of self-disclosure . Due to the reform of the self-disclosure regulations on January 1, 2015, a second, comprehensively revised edition of this title was published in 2015. In 2018 he published a textbook on tax compliance that was written together with Christian Fischer .

Müller has been a lecturer at HERA Fortbildungs ​​GmbH of the Hessian Lawyers' Association since 2004, and has been a lecturer at the ESV Academy since 2019
