The JR Montgomery Company Industrial Complex is a former factory in the American city of Windsor Locks (Connecticut).

The former cotton mill was built on an island between the Enfield Canal and the Connecticut River in 1871 and closed in 1989.

The five preserved buildings were added to the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) on December 29, 2017 .

Two of them are brick buildings, as they were typical for the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Two other structures date from 1920. They were planned and constructed of concrete by Buck & Sheldon, Inc. The complex is being converted for residential purposes.
