Jaap Brakke
Jaap Brakke (* 1947 ) is a Dutch museum director .
Jaap Brakke made his first professional experience at the Van Abbemuseum in Eindhoven . From 1975 he worked at the Drents Museum in Assen , where he was responsible for the press office, museum education and collection management, and in 2008 he became deputy director of the museum. On March 1, 2009 he became director of the Lower Saxony State Museum in Hanover , but left the museum again in September 2010 for personal reasons.
