Jacqueline Stewart

Jacqueline "Jacqui" Stewart is a British geneticist and theologian .

Jacqueline Stewart studied genetics in Edinburgh and earned a Ph.D. From 1977 she was a lecturer in genetics at the University of Leeds . Out of interest in philosophical and theological questions, she obtained the degree Ph.D. in theology and taught from 1992 as a lecturer in the department of theology and religious studies. Her interests were systematic theology , political theology, and science and theology. Due to illness, she retired as a Senior Lecturer in 2005 .
