Right to hunt

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The hunting law includes hunting in Germany according to § 3 para. 3 Federal Hunting Act the legal authority of the hunting entitled to exercise the hunt .

Connection to real estate

In principle, the landowners have the right to hunt . A landowner with a contiguous property of at least 75 hectares can, after obtaining a hunting license, either hunt in his own hunting district himself or let another hunter do it. Landowners in a community who do not reach this minimum size form a hunting cooperative with their common land and have joint legal rights to hunt. As a rule, they lease the community hunting district they have created to a hunter who can lease or hire a hunter to hunt for them.

requirement

The right to hunt therefore differs in a narrower sense from the actual hunt . This only requires a valid hunting license and is tied to a hunting area.
