James Arbuthnot
James Arbuthnot Norwich, Baron Arbuthnot of Edrom , PC (* 4. August 1952 ) is a British politician of the Conservative Party .
On October 1, 2015, he was promoted to Life Peer as Baron Arbuthnot of Edrom , of Edrom in the County of Berwick, and has been a member of the House of Lords ever since .
