James Brown (athlete)
James Brown ( James R. "Jim" Brown ; born August 4, 1909 ; year of death unknown) was a Canadian sprinter .
At the British Empire Games in Hamilton in 1930 , he won gold with the Canadian 4-by-110-yard relay, and at the 1932 Olympic Games in Los Angeles he came with the Canadian team in the 4-by-100-meter relay in fourth place.
In 1930 he set his personal best over 100 m with 10.6 seconds .
