Career

In his youth, Hammes played in particular for 1. FC Köln and Borussia Mönchengladbach . In 2007 he went to Wuppertal SV Borussia in the regional soccer league north . This managed to qualify for the newly founded third division this season . After the 2008/09 season he moved to Bonner SC . After a year he returned to Wuppertaler SV. There, however, he had no missions due to a groin injury. In 2011 he ended his career.
