Jane Mansbridge
Jane Jebb Mansbridge (born November 19, 1939 ) is an American political scientist and Adams professor at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University . Current research interests include questions of political representation , feminism , the relationship between coercion and deliberation in democracy. Mansbridge also deals with the role of social movements. She was accepted into the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in 1994 and the British Academy in 2014. For 2018 she became theSkytteanska priset awarded.
