Jardines de La Presa is a new development and district in the municipality of Tijuana in the Mexican state of Baja California . The district is located in the south of Tijuana in the immediate vicinity of the park and the viewing platform "Parque de Terrazas de la Presa" at the Presa- Abelardo L. Rodríguez reservoir .
