Jean-Paul Chambas (born March 11, 1947 in Vic-Fezensac , Département Gers ) is a French painter, set designer and writer.
Chambas is married to Catherine Nadaud.
Chambas lives and works in Paris. In addition to his painting, his work also includes a lot of stage designs in the field of theater, film and opera, among others with Jean-Pierre Vincent and Wim Wenders . He has also published several books, mostly autobiographical stories.
