Jean Tribot-Laspière
Jean Tribot-Laspière (born June 21, 1882 in Limoges , † May 10, 1963 in Paris ) was a French electrical engineer.
According to his and Frederic Attwoods (USA) concept, the CIGRE was founded in Paris from November 21 to 26, 1921 , and he became its vice-president.
