Jeferson Vargas
Jeferson Abacuc Vargas Pacheco (born November 6, 1984 ) is a Colombian racing cyclist .
Vargas drove for the Colombian Continental Team Boyaca Es Para Vivirla-Marche in 2007 and 2009 . In the 2008 season, Vargas was able to win the fourth stage of the Vuelta a Colombia to La Vega.
