Jiupu

The Chinese word Jiupu ( Chinese  酒 譜  /  酒 谱  - "" Alcoholic Handbook "") serves as a title for several works and as a chapter heading:

  • 1. The Jiǔpǔ酒 谱 of Xu Ju (徐 炬) in a booklet (juan).
  • 2. The Jiǔpǔ酒 谱 of Dou Ping (窦 苹) from the time of the Song Dynasty in a booklet (juan).
  • 3. There is also a book by Feng Chengjun (冯承钧 / 馮承鈞) under this name.
  • 4. It also serves as a chapter heading, e.g. B. for a chapter of the book Tiaodingji (调 鼎 集) from the time of the Qing Dynasty.
