Joël Fajerman

Joël Fajerman (* 1948 in Paris ) is a French musician and composer . His music became known in Germany through the series Die Pflanzen Leben , which was first broadcast in 1981.

Life

He learned to play the piano at the age of 5 and to play the guitar at the age of 13. After graduating from school at the age of 17, he joined rock groups in various compositions, with whom he toured in the 1960s and 1970s. In 1978 he acquired the Sequential Circuits Prophet 5 and composed his first pieces in Japan. In the same year his first album Racines synthétiques was created together with Jan Yrssen .
