Jochen Krautz
Jochen Krautz (* 1966 ) is a German art educator.
Life
Until 1998 he studied arts and Latin as well as education in Wuppertal and Cologne . Degree: 1st state examination . From 1998 to 2000 he completed his legal clerkship (2nd state examination). From 2000 to 2003 he was a teacher at the high school. After completing his doctorate in 2003 in art education on the subject of “From the meaning of the visible. John Berger's “Aesthetics and Ethics as an Impulse for Art Education using the Example of Photography” he was from 2003 to 2008 Academic Senior Counselor in the Art (Teaching) course at the Bergische Universität Wuppertal. From 2008 to 2013 he was Professor of Art Education and Art Didactics at the Alanus University of Art and Society . He has been Professor of Art Education at the University of Wuppertal since 2013 .
