Jofa is a former Swedish company that mainly produced ice hockey items.

Jofa is short for Jonssons fabriker ( Jonssons Fabriken). Niss-Oskar Jonsson founded the company in Malung in 1926 . The first products were made from leftover animal skin, as the first company was a tannery .

In 1963 the production of hockey helmets began. Shortly afterwards, other hockey items such as ice skates and ice hockey sticks were also made. From 1973 to 1985 the company belonged to Volvo and then to Karhu . The founder Niss-Oskar Jonsson died in 2002 at the age of 92.

Jofa has been part of Reebok since 2004 , which in turn, like CCM Hockey, was taken over by adidas in 2006 . The products from Sweden were then offered under the Reebok name. On December 13, 2012, the last helmet was produced in Malung and production relocated to China.

In 2019, the Swedish subsidiary of CCM Hockey registered the Jofa brand again.
