Johanneskirchen Nord is a settlement in the Johanneskirchen district of Munich , which consists of the residential complex on Freischützstrasse and the residential complex on Preziosastrasse .

Between 1965 and 1968, the residential complex on Freischützstraße was built with around 1,800 residential units. The row, slab and point houses with four to 19 storeys were built using conventional, prefabricated and concrete construction - mostly publicly funded. Three underground garages offer 683 parking spaces. In addition to the primary school on Regina-Ullmann-Straße, there is also a group of shops here. The developers of this residential complex were Südruanda, GWG and Münchner Grundbesitz. The overall design comes from the architect Gordon Ludwig . Individual buildings were designed by Ernst Barth and Ernst Hürlimann . In 1969, Barth received the honorary award for residential construction for the house Preziosastraße 18–26.

The residential complex on Preziosastraße was built from 1997 to 2002 according to designs by the architect Otto Steidle . There are 468 residential units to the west of Freitschützstraße and the same number of parking spaces in buildings with five to nine floors. These are exclusively condominiums. The developer was Bauhaus Munich.
