John Banzhaf
John F. Banzhaf III. (* 1940 ) is an American attorney and law professor at George Washington University .
Banzhaf is the strategic mind behind the damages litigation against American fast food and cigarette companies. Banzhaf also dealt with weighted voting systems. In 1965 he set up the Banzhaf power index .
