Jorge Camacho (writer)
Jorge Camacho (Cordón) (born November 18, 1966 in Zafra , Badajoz Province ) is a Spanish writer and translator who writes in Spanish and Esperanto . He used the pseudonym Georgo Kamaĉo for years .
Life
Camacho has been working for the European Union as a conference interpreter for English, Finnish and Portuguese into Spanish since 1995 .
Since the late 1980s, he has made a literary stand out, primarily with poems and novels , and has won several prizes in literary competitions. His works are often characterized by a powerful satirical style . An example of this is his novella The Masters and Martinelli . Camacho belongs to the so-called Iberian school of Esperanto-speaking writers.
