José Antonio Redondo
José Antonio Redondo Ramos (born March 5, 1985 ) is a Spanish cyclist .
Career
José Antonio Redondo began his career in 2006 with the Spanish ProTeam Liberty Seguros-Würth . In the doping scandal surrounding Eufemiano Fuentes , he was one of the few Spaniards from the team who was not associated with the doctor. The team was renamed Astana mid-season . At the Vuelta a España he finished ninth on the 16th section behind the stage winner Igor Antón .
José Antonio Redondo tested positive for doping on March 13, 2009 during a training control. The UCI banned him for two years until April 27, 2011.
