José Flober Peña
José Flober Peña Pena (born February 7, 1974 ) is a Colombian racing cyclist .
José Flober Peña started his career in 1997. In the 2004 season he won a stage in the Vuelta a Guatemala for the first time . He later won three stages in the Tour de la Guadeloupe and was able to win the overall standings. The next year he was able to repeat the three stage wins and victory in the overall standings. In 2006 he won only one stage before winning three more stages and the overall standings in 2007. In 2011 he won the overall ranking of the Clásica Perla del Fonce .
