José Manuel García (cyclist)
José Manuel García Ponce (born December 1, 1972 in Culiacán ) is a retired Mexican cyclist .
In 1995, José Manuel Garcia was second overall in the Tour de Beauce . In the 1999 season he rode for the Belgian cycling team Ipso-Euroclean , but remained unsuccessful. From 2006 Garcia drove for the American Continental Team Toyota-United . In his second year there he won the fifth stage of the Vuelta a Guanajuato. In 2008 Garcia became the Mexican time trial champion .
