José Vicente Moura

José Vicente Moura (born September 21, 1937 ) is a Portuguese sports official. He is the acting president of the Comité Olímpico de Portugal .

Career

Moura was Chef de Mission for the Portuguese Olympic team at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles when Portugal won the first Olympic gold medal in its history.

From 1990 to 1992 he was President of the Comité Olímpico de Portugal. In 1997 he was elected to this office for the second time.
