Under the Mistletoe is the second studio album and first Christmas album by Canadian singer Justin Bieber . It was released on November 1, 2011 on Island Records . The album reached number 21 in the German album charts and number one on the Billboard 200 . There is also a deluxe edition of the album.

On August 25, 2011, Bieber announced that he would release his second studio album, a Christmas album, in late 2011. November 1, 2011 was later confirmed as the release date. At the same time, manager Scooter Braun and vocal producer Kuk Harrell announced that it would include collaborations with Sean Kingston and Taylor Swift . We also worked with the production team The Messengers . They also produced the first single, Mistletoe . Together with Mariah Carey , Bieber recorded their song All I Want for Christmas Is You as a duet .

The album debuted at number 1 on the Billboard 200, making Bieber the first solo artist to release three number one albums before his 18th birthday.
