The My World Tour was the Canadian singer Justin Bieber's first concert tour . The tour was announced on March 16, 2010, a week before the album My World 2.0 was released . The tour had several sections, each with different opening acts such as Mindless Behavior , Sean Kingston and Jessica Jarrell in North America. The girl group The Stunners was also present at the first 20 concerts. In the second part of the tour, which also took place in North America, Jasmine Villegas performed among others . The tour grossed a total of $ 53,341,886, including $ 35.6 million in the first leg of the tour.

In an interview with the Houston Chronicle, Bieber said, "I want to show that I love performing. There will be some cool tricks, some electronic stuff that has not been seen before, of course."

Records and transmissions

All concerts were filmed for transmission on a screen for the back rows, but only from one perspective. The New York City concert on August 31, 2010 was filmed with different cameras and from different perspectives for Bieber's 3D film Justin Bieber: Never Say Never .

The concert on October 8, 2011 in São Paulo , Brazil was also filmed with different cameras and from different perspectives. It was later televised in Brazil, but a few songs were left out.
