The Sportpaleis (also Sportpaleis Antwerp or Antwerp's Sports Palace ) is a multifunctional hall in the Merksem district of the Belgian city ​​in Antwerp , Flanders region . The Billboard magazine announced that the Sportpaleis, with over 1.3 million viewers is the second most visited arena in the world (in the period from November 2007 to November 2008). First place went to Madison Square Garden in New York City .
