Josef Jarolím (born February 13, 1958 ) is a former Czech soccer player and current soccer coach . The midfielder spent most of his career at Sparta Prague .

Player career

Jarolím played from 1977 to 1978 for Dukla Prague , where he did his military service . The midfielder then moved to Sparta Prague . With Sparta he was Czechoslovak champion in 1984, 1985, 1987 and 1988, and in 1980 and 1984 he won the Czechoslovak Cup. Jarolím scored 24 goals in 168 first division games for Sparta. In 1988 he moved to Spartak Hradec Králové , where he ended his career.

Trainer

Jarolím coached the teams SK Union Čelákovice (2001/02), SK Ďáblice (2005/06) and SK Mondi Packaging Štětí (2006 to 2007) in the amateur field.
