The Josef Rädlinger Group is a family-run construction company based in Windischbergerdorf near Cham in the Upper Palatinate. The JR Group employs around 1,600 people at nine locations across Germany. In the 2018 financial year, sales were around 300 million euros.
history
The company was founded in 1963 in Windischbergerdorf near Cham in the Upper Palatinate by Josef Rädlinger sen. founded as a haulage company and gravel dredging company. In 1971, Josef Rädlinger Bauunternehmen GmbH was founded. In 1991 the first branch of the Rädlinger construction company was established in Altenburg, Thuringia. In 1995, a ready-mixed concrete mixing plant was opened near the company's headquarters in Weiding in Cham. In 1995 Rädlinger Straßen- und Tiefbau GmbH was founded in Selbitz. Josef Rädlinger Ingenieurbau GmbH has been part of the group since 2002. In 2005 SC Trust Constructii Rädlinger SRL was founded in Romania.
The company is in the second generation of family ownership.
