Joseph Hèvre

Joseph Hèvre (born April 6, 1827 in Méru , Oise, † July 30, 1907 in Mantes-sur-Seine ) was a French politician.

Hèvre obtained a doctorate in law and then worked as a lawyer. He was initially a city councilor in Mantes-sur-Seine. In July 1871 he was elected to the National Assembly to represent Seine-et-Oise . From 1877 to 1892 he was mayor of Mantes.
