The Journal of Rare Earths , abbreviated J. Rare Earths , is a scientific journal published by Elsevier-Verlag on behalf of the Chinese Society for Rare Earths. The magazine was founded in 1983 under the name Zhong guo xi tu xue bao: ji kan , and in 1991 it was renamed the Journal of Rare Earths . It appears six issues a year.
