Journalist Prize "Historical Securities and Financial History"

The journalist award "Historical Securities and Financial History" is a joint initiative of HWPH Historisches Wertpapierhaus AG and Scripovest AG and has been supported by HIWEPA AG since 2019. This community has set itself the goal of making scripophilia known in a neutral way and promoting the dissemination of the knowledge that goes with it.

The award is intended to promote well- researched journalism on topics related to historical securities and financial history and to make these areas accessible to a wide audience. The award is given to authors who competently deal with subject areas or partial aspects, analyze them in detail and convey them to laypeople in a generally understandable manner.

The award was first announced in 2011. The prize money for the winner is 500 euros. A jury of experts determines the winners.
