Juan Carlos Alzugaray (* in Salto ) was a Uruguayan football player .

Alzugaray belonged to at least 1924 and in which up in February 1928 reaching 1927 season the squad of his time in La Liga playing Rampla Juniors on. While his club took third place in the table in 1924, they won in the 1927 season under coach José Colfina in the first season after the Laudo Serrato , which brought the end of the interim division of the organizational structure in Uruguayan football with it, the Uruguayan championship.
