Juan Gil de Zámora

Juan Gil de Zámora (also: Johannes Aegidius von Zamora , * around 1240 in Zamora ; † around 1320) was a Spanish Franciscan and scholar of the 13th century. He wrote historical, theological and natural history writings, many of them on behalf of the Spanish king.
