Juan Manuel Suárez Del Toro Rivero (born September 28, 1952 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria ) is a Spanish industrial engineer and executive at the Gran Canaria- based transport company GLOBAL.

Since June 1994 he has been President of the Spanish Red Cross , of which he has been a member since 1971. In November 2001 he was elected President of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies to succeed the Norwegian Astrid N. Heiberg and was confirmed in office four years later. He was succeeded in November 2009 by the Japanese Tadateru Konoé .

He is married and has two daughters.
