Jukuren no kata
Jukuren no Kata (dt. Form of the experienced ) is a kata of karate that was developed by Fritz Nöpel from the so-called "noble exercises of the old masters" for the jukuren training .
General
In Jukuren no Kata , 12 combinations from the “noble exercises” can be recognized. The kata is performed slowly and a little through breathing . The Jukuren no Kata is still very young. It was demonstrated to the public for the first time as part of a course on July 8, 2012.

Booths
The Jukuren no Kata contains only relatively high karate positions and is therefore easier to perform for older people, for whom other kata with low levels often cause problems.
