Julia Boehme

Julia Boehme (* 1966 in Bremen ) is a German children's book author .

Life

After graduating from high school, Boehme studied literature and musicology in Berlin and then worked as an editor. During this time she wrote numerous articles for newspapers and radio stations.

After completing her studies, she worked as an editor for children's television , where, among other things, she was in charge of the program Käpt'n Blaubär .

Boehme has been working as a freelance writer since 2000 and has given up her job as an editor. Today she lives with her family in Berlin.
