Jun Jeung-hae (born September 13, 1964 ) is a retired South Korean cross-country skier .

Career

Jun started internationally for the first time at the Nordic World Ski Championships in 1985 in Seefeld in Tyrol . There he finished 73rd over 30 km. At the beginning of March 1986 he won the bronze medal at the Winter Asian Games in Sapporo over 30 km freestyle and 15 km classic and the silver medal with the relay. At the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary he ran on the 60th place over 30 km classic, on the 59th place over 15 km classic and on the 48th place over 50 km freestyle. Together with Hong Kun-pyo , Park Ki-ho and Cho Sung-hoon , he achieved 15th place in the season. The following year he came at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Lahti on 66th place over 15 km freestyle, 54th place over 30 km classic and 51st place over 15 km classic.
