The Just Switzerland AG (until 2007 Ulrich Jüstrich AG ) based in Walzenhausen is an international Swiss manufacturer of personal care - and cosmetic products . The products are sold by around 70,000 sales advisors in individual consultations or in the party system and by the company directly on the Internet. The family company, which is represented in 30 countries, employs around 350 people.
history
The company was founded in 1930 by Ulrich Jüstrich. He emigrated to Argentina in 1923 and in 1927 worked as a salesman for an American brush factory in Buenos Aires . Between 1928 and 1930 he was the company's chief representative in Switzerland. After Jüstrich had founded his own company, he started producing his own brushes in his father's embroidery factory in 1932. The products were sold through sales advisors. From 1936 Ulrich's brother Emil set up a sales organization in Argentina. In 2016, Argentina was still the only production facility outside of Switzerland.
From 1941, Jüstrich began to develop and manufacture cosmetic products under the brand name Just . This was followed by bath additives, hair care and foot care products. From 1930 to approx. 1990 the Just company was known in Switzerland primarily for its doorstep agents. In 1984, Ernst Jüstrich, the second generation, took over management of the company. The third generation followed him in 2002 with Marcel and Hansueli Jüstrich.
