Nanfen

Nanfen District ( Chinese  南芬 区 , Pinyin Nánfēn Qū ) is a municipality in the prefecture -level city of Benxi in northeast China 's Liaoning Province . It has an area of ​​619 km² and has 80,000 inhabitants.
