Mingshan (Benxi)
The Mingshan District ( Chinese 明 山区 , Pinyin Míngshān Qū ) is a municipality in the prefecture-level city of Benxi in northeast China 's Liaoning Province . It has an area of 410 km² and has a population of 300,000 (2004).
