Kärstna (German Kerstenhof ) is a village in the Estonian district of Fellin (Viljandimaa province) in the south of the country, about 160 kilometers south of the capital Tallinn . Until the administrative reform in 2017, it belonged to the rural municipality of Tarwast (Tarvastu) . At the end of 2011 the population was 234.

The village is the birthplace of the Estonian poet Hendrik Adamson , who was director of the local elementary school from 1919 to 1927. This is still housed in the manor house of the former Kerstenhof estate on the northeastern edge of Kärstna.
