Koksu (term from the Turkic languages with the meaning: "blue water") refers to several rivers in Central Asia:

  • Koksu (Argut) , tributary of the Argut in the Altai Republic (Russia)
  • Koksu (Wachsch) , tributary of the Wachsch in Tajikistan
  • Inflow of the Chorvoq in Uzbekistan, see Koʻksuv
  • Tributary of the Qara Valley in Kazakhstan, see Köksu
