The King Abd al Aziz Stadium ( Arabic ملعب الملك عبد العزيز, DMG Malʿab al-Malik ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz ) is a stadium in Mecca . The stadium is located northeast of the city.

The Saudi Arabian first division soccer team al-Wahda plays its home games in this stadium. Construction began and the stadium opened in 1986. The stadium holds 38,000 spectators, making it the second largest in Saudi Arabia after the King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh .

The stadium was named after King Abd al-Aziz ibn Saud . He was the founder of the modern Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and King of Saudi Arabia from 1932 to 1953.
