KOSU  is a public radio station in  Stillwater , Oklahoma, serving listeners in central Oklahoma and the cities of Stillwater and Oklahoma City. The station broadcasts a mix of National Public Radio news, talk and an AAA music format. The station is operated by Oklahoma State University and has its studios on the OSU campus.

KOSU was founded in 1955. In addition to Senundgen of the NPR, the program also includes acquisitions of PRX, American Public Media , Public Radio International and independent producers.

The program is also broadcast by the KOSN VHF station  for northeast Oklahoma (Tusla, Great Lakes, Bartlesville) on 107.5 MHz and KOSR  on VHF 88.3 FM in Stillwater. The converters K235CG  (94.9 MHz) from Ponca City and K297AQ  (107.3 MHz) from Bixby also transmit the program.
