The Soviet 130-mm anti-aircraft gun KS-30 ( Russian 130-мм зенитная пушка КС-30 ) was developed in the early 1950s by LV Lyuljew for air defense in the USSR and other Warsaw Pact states .
The PUASO-30 fire control device ( Russian Прибор управления артиллерийским зенитным огнем, ПУАЗО-30 , transcription : Pribor uprawljenia artilleriskim senitnim ognem 30) was equipped with an optical rangefinder 6 m. The gun had a mount with double wheels attached to four arms. A heavy AT-T chain artillery tug was used for transport . To power the fire control device and radar unit, 3 power generators with a total output of 130 kW were used.
